This example is for simple delivery notification system for home deliveries.
Features
Checks if the recipient for the call is the named purchaser
Checks to see if they are able to accept a delivery date/time
Checks if not the named puchaser that the person who answers the phone can accept the delivery date
If not able to accept delivery sends the call to the call centre
Results stored in SQL database or can be sent by HTTP post or XML to Delivery Team for instant notification of accepted/not accepted delivery dates/times.
After the first decline for delivery you could random other choices before sending to the call centre.
This application took 30 minutes to write.
